When starting to learn how to open chakra, I recommend beginning from the underside and work your means up to the top. Basically you would start from the root chakra, once that chakra is opened you then procceed to the Sacral Chakra, Naval Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and then lastly the Crown Chakra.
Each Chakra is responsible for a totally different emotional,physical, and mental state and they are all interconnected with one another. All of them depend upon every different so as to keep up correct balance.
1.) The foundation of all the Chakras is the Root. Once the Root Chakra is open, you may immediately experience a feeling of welcoming and security.
2) Currently you're ready to maneuver on and open the Sacral Chakra thus that you may be able to properly specific feelings and sexuality.
3.) Next, you may be ready to move on to opening your Naval Chakra and properly be ready to assess your needs and choices upon them.
4.)Then, you'll move on to opening the Heart Chakra, so that you will be able to create affectionate relationships.
5.) We have a tendency to currently move on to gap the Throat Chakra which is accountable for your ability to precise yourself.
6.) The following Chakra we have a tendency to open is that the Third Eye, we is that the source of our insight.
7.) Finally, we have a tendency to are ready to open our Crown Chakra. By opening this last Chakra we have a tendency to develop our wisdom and awareness of our self and our surroundings.
